]]> This was setting out engineering at it’s most simple. Yet it had to be right within this small enclosed space.  We used a Leica L4P1 supplied by Dave Dolan of Levelling Equipment Services in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.  This is a multi-line laser which allows for quick set out in tight spaces.

We had to find the centre of the lifting hook (see top photo) which had to be then centred on a centrifugal machine which, simply, separates yeast from beer.  Very interesting but also very noisy.  Double hearing protection was required at all times!
