				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;">This was setting out engineering at it&#8217;s most simple. Yet it had to be right within this small enclosed space.  We used </span>a Leica L4P1<span style="font-size: 14pt;"> supplied by Dave Dolan of Levelling Equipment Services in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland.  This is a </span>multi-line<span style="font-size: 14pt;"> laser which allows for quick set out in tight spaces.</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">We had to find the centre of the lifting hook (see top photo) which had to be then centred on a centrifugal machine which, simply, separates yeast from beer.  Very interesting but also very noisy.  Double hearing protection was required at all times!</span></p>
